Info and tips for honey buffalo chicken bites

To make the chicken extra crispy we are using crushed up cornflakes. You can also use panko as a substitute instead, but it won’t be as crispy. I like to air fry these for 12-14 minutes, but you can also use your oven. It may take a bit longer though. Be sure to cut a chicken bite in half to test doneness.

Instead of the classic eggs and flour binder, I like to use mayo! Mayo has a ton of flavour which will help marinate the chicken, keep the chicken nice and juicy, and the cornflakes stick super well to it. It’s way less of a mess in my opinion and less effort. If you’re not a fan of mayo no worries, you can substitute plain Greek yogurt instead.

Equipment

This is the Ninja Air Fryer I use. This is the best one in my opinion! It has tons of different modes with lots of space so you never have to cram your food.

These are the Stainless Steel Mini Baskets I used to serve the chicken bites in.
