#ad With the holiday season fast approaching, we are making cheesy scalloped potatoes in the @crockpot 6-Quart Cook & Carry Slow Cooker. 🧀🥔

This recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd and impressing your guests, with minimal effort and cleanup. 🥂❄️

Ingredients:
• ¼ salted butter
• 4 minced garlic cloves
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1-2 tsp of salt
• Tsp pepper
• Tsp garlic powder
• Tsp onion powder
• Tsp paprika
• 5 cups thinly sliced yellow potatoes
• Parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions:
1. Begin by mincing your garlic, shredding your cheese, and thinly slicing your potatoes.
2. Make the cheese sauce by melting the butter and adding the garlic. After a couple minutes add the chicken broth, heavy cream, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
3. Next layer the sauce and potatoes in your crockpot, adding the last cup of cheese on top. Cook on high for 4 hours.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired and enjoy!

To celebrate fall we are making this creamy chicken pot pie with a buttery flakey crust in the @crockpot 4 Qt Programmable Slow Cooker! 🍲

Recipe
2 chicken breasts
Tsp garlic powder
Tsp onion powder
Tsp italian seasoning
Tsp salt & pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 diced onion
5 minced garlic cloves
2 diced potatoes
1 & ½ cup frozen mixed veggies
1 cup chicken broth
⅓ cup sour cream
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
Begin by placing the chicken breasts in your crockpot along with the listed seasonings.
Add the cream of chicken soup, diced onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, frozen veggie mix, and chicken broth. Cook on high for 3 hours.
Shred your chicken once cooked and stir back in along with the sour cream.
If desired, spoon the chicken pot pie into oven safe dishes, spread puff pastry over top, brush with egg wash, and air fry until golden and crispy. Brush with parsley butter and enjoy!
