Info and tips for high protein sweet potato bowl
Here are some of my tips to make this meal even easier:
- You can cut down on time by buying pre cut frozen sweet potatoes. These are a super easy alternative to cutting and baking the sweet potato youself.
- You can also just bake the sweet potato whole for 45-60 minutes at 400 F and do a loaded sweet potato style bowl, topping it with the ground beef, avocado, and hot honey cottage cheese
- If you are making this for meal prep store in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
- These bowls are super customizable, I like to serve mine with some quick pickled onion! Some other alternatives are cucumber, julienned carrots, green onion, sauerkraut, or peppers.
Equipment

This is the Our Place Pan I used for the recipe. I use this pan almost every day for the past couple years.
