Easy Pizza Toast

Easy pizza toast is AMAZING. I make this all the time whenever I’m craving pizza and something quick. With ingredients like italian pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, spicy calabrese, chili oil, and fresh crusty italian bread, you really can’t go wrong.

Info and tips

There’s not much to these pizza toasts. The main tip I have is the more you splurge on quality ingredients, the better this is gonna taste. I used Mezzetta pizza sauce, TreStelle mozzarella cheese ball, and calabrese salami. If you like spice, I also used some italian chili oil which made it so much better!

My other tip is to really make sure you’re watching the pizza toasts when broiling, they can burn so fast!

Ingredients

  • crusty italian bread
  • pizza sauce
  • fresh mozzarella
  • spicy calabrese
  • chili oil
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Toast your sliced bread with olive oil on a pan or in the oven until golden brown but not completely cooked.
  2. Add on as much of the pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, and spicy calabrese that you desire.
  3. Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is crispy.
  4. Remove and top with chili oil and fresh basil. Slice and enjoy!
