Cheesy tomato pesto flatbread is one of my go to meals when I need something to eat fast but still yummy. This 15 minute recipe is super easy to make with delicious ingredients like basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic glaze.
Info and tips
Sometimes when I want a little extra tomato flavour I will add some pre made tomato sauce on the flatbread with the pesto. These are super customizable so feel free to add any of your favourite toppings.
I used naan bread, but you can also use flatbread. You could also do this on top of toast if you don’t have either of those, same idea as my Easy Pizza Toasts.
I cooked mine in the airfryer for about five minutes. Everyone’s airfryer is different so just cook until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. You can also do this in the oven.
