Chocolate blueberry yogurt clusters are an easy healthy snack made with creamy yogurt, juicy blueberries, and a chocolate shell. Theyβre naturally sweet, refreshing, and perfect for a quick snack, healthy dessert, or summer treat.
Info and tips for chocolate blueberry yogurt clusters
- Use thick real greek yogurt. It works best for frozen yogurt clusters because it holds its shape better when scooped and frozen.
- Make sure the yogurt clusters are completely frozen before coating them in chocolate. This helps the chocolate harden quickly and keeps the clusters from melting.
- Make sure to work quickly when dipping the yogurt into the chocolate as the yogurt tends to melt quickly.
- I like to add some coconut oil to the chocolate. It makes it smoother and easier to work with when dipping the yogurt clusters. It also prevents the chocolate from being too brittle and cracking when you bite into the clusters.
Equipment

I used an Ice Cream Scoop to get even sized yogurt clusters.
