Pumpkin French toast rolls are the perfect fall breakfast. This recipe features pieces of bread rolled up with a pumpkin cinnamon sugar filling, fried until golden, topped with whip cream, chocolate, and powdered sugar.
Info and tips
Make sure you use pieces of bread that have a square shape. This makes it easier to cut off the crusts and roll evenly. It’s also important that your bread isn’t too dry. This makes it harder to roll and its gets all crumbly.
Make sure your butter is soft when mixing the filling, it will spread easier.
