Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Bang bang salmon bites are so delicious and easy to make! These salmon bites are spicy, flaky, and tender, drizzled with tangy bang bang sauce, topped with chives and red pepper flakes.

Info and tips

Buy a piece of salmon that looks thick and fresh. Make sure you remove the skin from the salmon before cutting into bite size cubes. Add the cubes to a bowl and then I like to add olive oil and my favourite spicy seasoning. I used Dan O’s but I also really like the cajun Slap Ya Mama seasoning.

I opted to broil these instead of baking to get a more crispy top, but you can bake them if you like! Just keep in mind that the baking time will change.

I eyeballed the bang bang sauce! Taste as you go if you have any doubts πŸ™‚ If you’re spice sensitive add less sriracha then the mayo and sweet chili sauce.

I like to serve this with rice. You can also add any veggies to make this a delicious rice bowl like cucumbers, avocado, peppers… It’s up to you!
