Easy Mongolian beef bowl is one of my go to dinners when I need something quick and easy, but still want to satisfy my tastebuds. This recipe features caramelized beef coated in a rich garlic-ginger soy sauce with a hint of sweetness.
Info and tips for easy Mongolian beef bowl
I recommend using lean ground beef or extra lean ground beef for this recipe. That way your sauce won’t be so greasy. To really get the maximum flavour get the beef nicely browned and caramelized, don’t be afraid to take your time. The cornstarch slurry helps thicken the sauce and also get that nice glossy look. I like to serve mine with some rice and broccoli, but you can serve it with whatever you’d like!
Equipment

This is the Our Place Pan I used. I’ve had it for about a year and so far nothing sticks!
