Info and tips for air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites

Make sure to chop the cauliflower into equal bite size pieces, this helps ensure each piece cooks evenly. If your air fryer is too small to cook the buffalo cauliflower all at once, then cook in a couple batches at a time. Overcrowding will result in sad soggy cauliflower. You can store leftover cauliflower in an airtight container for a few days, or freeze for a couple months. To reheat just place in the air fryer for a few minutes until crispy and heated through.

I like to serve these with blue cheese dressing and veggies, but ranch would be delicious as well!
