If you’re like me and love cookies and cheesecake, then you’ll absolutely love these cookies that combine the two. They are soft and gooey, with cream cheese, white chocolate chips, and tart strawberries.
Info and tips
I am someone who only ever gave my fruit and veggies a quick rinse and never thought twice. Once I started using my AquaPure I’ll never go back. The Aquapure is a little device you put in your sink with your fruits or veggies, then it removes all pesticides and bacteria through electrolysis. Pretty cool! If you would like to purchase your own AquaPure here’s a link, use Mckenna10 for 10% off! (code valid until 12-31-2022).
These cookies are fairly sticky, and I found letting the batter cool in the fridge before forming them helps. I also added some butter on my hands to help form balls. After forming the dough balls, I put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This helped the cookies not spread out as much when baking.
I baked these at 350 fahrenheit for roughly 15-17 minutes. This is because I made my dough balls fairly big, if you like smaller cookies, then it will take 13-15 minutes. So adjust the cooking time to your cookies size π

- Bake cookies for 13-15 minutes or 15-17 minutes depending on size at 350. My cookies took about 17 minutes because of how big I made them, make sure to check on them once or twice while baking.
- Remove from oven and cool on the pan for 5 minutes before taking them off and letting them finish cooling on a rack.
- Serve slightly warm and enjoy π
