Info and tips for easy buldak soup ramen
This recipe is super super basic with minimal steps. All you have to do is mix the flavour packets with some mayo and an egg yolk, pour some ramen water overtop, add the cooked ramen, and any toppings you want. If you’re worried about the egg not getting cooked, don’t worry. The egg gets cooked when it gets mixed with the hot water. This is called tempering, and it’s important to stir while adding the hot water so the egg doesn’t scramble.
You can add any toppings you want, I like to keep it simple with some green onion, a jammy egg, and some crispy onions for a crunch! Also some chili oil for even more heat lol.
