Info and tips for creamy spicy chicken ramen
Here are some of my favourite ramen tips:
- Any type of ramen will do! Use your favourite packaged ramen brand, some of mine are: Bludak, Nongshim, Maruchan, and Indomie. You can even use fresh ramen noodles if your store carries them.
- When cooking chicken I always cut them lengthwise to make two thin cutlets. This helps them cook faster, more even, and more flavourful.
- Toppings!!! The best and most exciting part of ramen is the toppings (imo). My go to toppings are chili oil, green onion, crispy onion, and a groggy egg.
- Broth is such an important part of ramen, so make sure to taste test yours and adjust as needed. You want your broth to be ever so slightly too salty, that way when you add the noodles and toppings it will balance out.
