Info and tips for cheesy garlic bread dip
Roasting the garlic and shallots is the most important part of this recipe. It’s where you’ll get all that garlic flavour. After roasting in the oven for an hour they will be soft and sweet. The garlic flavour won’t be as sharp after roasting so don’t worry about two heads being too much!
Make sure you leave your cream cheese out on the counter at room temp for a couple hours to help soften. If you don’t have that time you can always pop it in the microwave for abut 30 seconds instead. I bought a fresh baguette from the store, brushed it with a little olive oil before browning it in the oven/air fryer, and it was perfect for this dip.

I use my Ninja Air Fryer all the time. I used it to toast the baguette for this recipe and it worked perfectly!
