Strawberry banana chocolate bark is a super easy little sweet treat idea that you can store in your freezer for anytime a craving hits. This recipe features layers of bananas, natural peanut butter, strawberries, and dark chocolate, topped with crushed pretzels and flakey salt.

Info and tips for strawberry banana chocolate bark

This chocolate bark isn’t very sweet because we are using natural peanut butter and 70% cacao dark chocolate. The natural sugars from the strawberries and bananas are what make it slightly sweet. So if you don’t care about having a more “healthy” dessert, then you can always swap out the dark chocolate for milk chocolate to make it sweeter. You can also add any toppings you want, some other options can be any type of nut or dried fruit.

Make sure you are lining your tray with parchment paper so it makes it easy to remove the bark from the pan after freezing!

I use my Wood Serving Tray to plate my recipes all the time. They come in handy for so many things.
